Anxiety, please help

How do you get over anxiety without pills and what not. I am a very anxious person and things dwell on me really badly stopping me eating, concentration losses and what not please help.

I would recommend going to see your doctor they can give you some great exercises or set you up with a psychiatrist/councilor who can also give you extremely helpful literature/advice. one thing in the mean time it to remember to breathe. it is super important with anxiety, when you feel you’re getting worked up just stop and take a few slow deep breaths.
