I think I have social anxiety, but I dont know for sure, what can I do to find out? and what can I do to stop it?
I think I have the same dilema... whenever I hear people laughing or snickering I automatically think theyre laughing at me.. its just a low self-esteem/confidence thign with me..probably same with you.. ?
What can you do to stop it? You go to a doctor. Theres no getting around it.
