Ankle help

I need help, ok so in my right ankle, it always hurts me whether I am walking or not…and also the sound it makes it tears and it is really a loud sound help!

I’ve had to reconstructive ankle surgeries because I keep hurting my ankles so like the person before me I would go to the doctor until then wrap it ice it and put heat on it and lightly massage it should take some of the pain off.
