From all of the websites I've viewed, most say you should get an hour of exercise a day...well, is an hour of walking enough exercise? I can't get an hour of exercise everyday, but I want to be healthy. (A lot of the time I can't do anything more vigorous than exercise because of pain after Karate classes) Do you think it's enough?
If you are do karate that's exercise.It doesn't have to be something formal.As long as you are working up a sweat and your heart is pounding then that's exercise. Yes walking an hour a day will be good that's exactly how I exercise.And hour of walking a day.Broken up into two thirty minute sessions.
haha yeah I know thats what they say I have my own gym and do 2 hours exercising a night and im still at 130 pounds I never lose weight but I never put it on so meh im 5"5 btw
well if you go outside and excersize...youre healthier cause you get vitamin d
Of course,if your athlectic.I prefer exerising my fingers on the computer.
