How can I ease the pain in my lower back?

I know taking advil or Tylenol could do the trick, but how can I stretch out myself? I woke up with a really aching back due to zumba moves that I always do, but I think I over did it yesterday :/ Leaving me with this aching back, it hurts to bend but it feels as if it’s helping, any other stretches? Could riding my bike be good? Or like crunches, something as in arching my back? ;p

stick with the basic exercises, the advanced ones may make it worse as im not sure if you have lumbar lordosis or cervical/thorax kyphosis

It’s more so between Good posture and Lumbar Lordosis. I mean sitting, I’m kind of slumped but, this is the first happening to get this ache, so, I feel a little slumped.

ah i see then you can go ahead and do all the exercises, they’re good if you have lumbar lordosis.

also a good tip would be active stretches, not static, so dont stretch and hold the position as that will not really help, lets take the first exercise as an example, once you have rotated to one side slowly begin rotating to the other side without stopping for more than 2 seconds.

also skip exercise nr.4 in the basics as you dont need it ;)

Oh thank you so much! Yeah I was deciding on how to stretch and my grandma knows one way to help is arching my back like a cat does and that always helped as well. Well at least it’s not as bad as I thought by looking at that picture, thanks for the answer and I’ll do the exercises c;

A product called Bo-freeze works very well. It is ordorless and goes on cold, then dries to non-greasy. I’m not sure what’s in it but it is an amazing product. It is sold at the front counter of chiropractic offices and sometimes in pharmacies.
