Been having back pain for 3 months now. What can I do, besides endless MRIs, doctors, and painkillers?
I have exteme lower back pain and I went to therapy for years. it might sound crazy, but work your lower back muscels. go to the gym and start of easy eith wieghts and work your way up. work on the hips too it helps a lot. and frequent exercise and a hot pad. depending on your pain, icy hot is an option.

Try some different YOGA postions. Such as the "downward faceing dog". There are different positions, other than this, can, and most likely will, help your back pain. If you dont know any other positions, I would look it up on the internet, or find a yoga video, or ask a friend that might know.
put a hot rag on your lower back and have someone rub it while the rag is on and also rest your back and try to do some toe touches
try the icy hot bandage
