How can I get rid of this TERRIBLE boredom just after finishing exams?
So I recently finished exams and while it was exams I was studying about 10 hours a day and the rest of the year I was super busy trying to pass (not that I think I will be) in anyways. Now I am at home and EVEN Though I have countless things to do and am doing them I still feel dreadfully bored. Does anyone have any remedies. Today I went cycling, played computer games, talked to my mother, watched tv, practiced piano etc and still I feel like I am dying of boredom. Please help.
go to the park, beach is relaxing, visit a friend/relative, take a walk..go to the store..if i find some other suggestions i will come back..not much of help:(
cook some kind of yummy desert you have been craving! you could go out and get the ingredients and it might be fun putting it all together and finally eating it. you could invite someone over to help you. sometimes if i’m really bored, i’ll go to borders (a book store) and i’ll grab a book, buy hot chocolate and a cookie, and i’ll have a seat in one of their comfy chairs and just read! other things you can do are watch TV, or movies, draw, write, phone someone for a chat, search the web. or maybe if you have grandparents or some other relative… you could call them. they would probably love to hear from you
I went through this after my last exams. I was in a kind of Limbo, just floating, like nothing was real… it was so strange. I would recommend getting a part time job to keep you looking forward to something and to keep you involved with life.
