So there's this private, boarding school (with no uniforms) and I really wanna go for a semester or a year at least.
This is the question: What promise would you make to SEC, to yourself, and to your community if you were to become an SEC student?
(SEC is the school I'm applying for in acronym form) I know I have to write it myself but I've tried my best to describe how I'm respectful and respsonsible and how I promise to do my best but I feel like it needs to be way longer. I need to "elaborate" on the things I already said.
What else can I say?
Well firstly, being redundant can actually hurt your essay so avoid overstating things or saying the same thing over and over again just to add more content to your essay.
Secondly, it seems that you're straying a little bit off topic here with talking about how respectful and responsible you are. The essay asks for a promise that you will make to the community, yourself, and the school so it seems that this essay wants you to assess yourself and your development by making a promise. Say something like making a fundraiser for a local park and setting a goal that's like 10 thousand dollars or something like that.
Lastly, if you don't have anything else to say and it's still too short for you, try one of two things. Either dig deeper and find other things that you can mention or simply make sure that what you have is the best that you've churned out.
If all else fails, you can say it's my fault :)
write that u will help out by participation in school events and helping other students who may need it.
