My wrist hurts a lot and my hand shake a lot to. To hold something for a minute it would shake even a sheet of paper. is is carpel tunnel or is it a nerve thing. When I hold a fist it feels strane. Please help
Sounds like RSI - Repetitive Stress Disorder, and carpal tunnel syndrome is an example of it. You should see a doctor about it so that he/she can assess if your problem is serious or mild, and give you the appropriate treatment. Do not attempt to self-prescribe or self-diagnose yourself as it may cause more injury or harm.
