It's been hurting really bad lately, I did nothing to it.. my mom won't take me to a doctor cause she says it's just been hurting but it's been hurting for longer than a week. it's not unbearable pain, but it sure is annoying. anyone ever have pains in their wrist?
do you do a lot of typing ? .. if you do some type of constant finger moving or wrist motion it is probably carpletunel. What this is a detirioration of your cartalege(not sure if I spelled it right but anywho) since your wrist is made up of a bunch of individual bones it could almost be anything. A damaged bone, a pinched nurve, you opened a bottle wrong, streatched muscle... a bunch of things
I also suffer from random wrist pains, what I usually do is to find me a wrist cast with the metal bar so I wont use it untill it feels better. I cant promise anything but it does help it stop hurting much faster
I have before. like a sharp pain will run through my wrists. I dont know if thats what you feel. I dont really know what it is from. I've went to the doctor about it and all she has told me is that I could have twisted it or that its like a growing pain. so im not really sure.. but yeah, = )

If it keeps up go to an emergency room and get it x rayed...dont pay the bill.
