Losing stomach fat

how can I lose some stomach fat and tone up my thighs? what should I eat to help me ?

Answer #1

Unfortunately people cannot spot reduce fat on the body. It’s not good saying if I do leg exercises my legs will get slimmer, or if I do arm weights my arms will get slimmer. You need to do a fat burning exercise (cardio) to burn fat and get your body fat percentage down. It may not come off where you want to at first, but if you keep at it it will eventually come off in the areas you want. You cannot pick and choose what areas you want to lose fat. You would also need to do toning exercises (resistance/weights) to tone up the areas.

Answer #2

Whatever you do …DO NOT cut out meals! Make sure you have fruit and veg everyday and lots of water! Also do sit ups and skipping … then running… do not over-do it though because it will be sore!

Hope this helps

  1. Cardio cardio cardio! At least 1 hour of nonstop steady pace jogging, walking, swimming, riding, etc.
  2. Go on google and type in “low fat foods”. Eat only what comes up :-)
  3. Eat only when you’re hungry, stop eating when you stop feeling hunger.

Run,jog, jump-rope and do crunches and sit-ups everyday for at least an hour and do not eat greasy or junk foods cuss thats fattening for the stomach and thighs and drink only water

Answer #5

Get on your grind and hit the streets. In the Army we have this program we call pt. Running will cut down the fat on that tummy. It will not happen overnight but it will happen if you stick with a program.
