dogs are better because you can predict a lot more because if dogs bite you they wuld probably only be playing while the cats scratch you and bite you and they just sit there thinking what? you deserved it!
dogs totally!!they are so playful and cats are always moody but then again cats are good cuddlers if there inside!!! so neither is better than the other!!!
