I have been on a diet for a while and I started at about 12 and a half stone. I am now 10 stone 9. The other day I decided to have a day off so I have some all bran and toast. Then a small biscuit. Then for lunch I had lentil soup and 2 large pitta pocket things with chicken in them then a scone. Then for dinner a large portion of spaghetti bolagnaise and 2 slices of garlic bread then a small bit of cake. Unfortnately when I counted my calories I had hda about 2200 or 2300. Do you think I could have gained weight or not ???
if you exercised to burn off the calories then no, maybe not either way, you wont gain a lot just by eating more for one day, you might that day but it probably wont stick around
I didnt excersize unfortunately so I dont no whether to weight myself this week ? do you think I will if I havent excersized? Thanks for the advice
you will only gain weight if your diet and exercise program completely suck
