Why does my mom take my phone at night?
I am 14 and I just recently bought my iphone and I would like to be able to care for it same as my new laptop I got but that has to be in a nuetral room or what ever. But what is making her do that?
clearly she doesn’t want you up all night. you need your rest for school. you don’t really need a phone when you’re sleeping. it’ll be just as cared for as your new laptop.. no biggie.
because maybe you have school the next day or your gonna txt all night like I always do lol!!! I got a tip for you watch were she puts it and sneak out the draw before she sees you lol that what I do
My friend’s mom did the same thing, and my own mother did as well. There are several possible reasons:
A)She doesn’t want you up all night playing with your apps, browsing the web, or texting friends
B)She doesn’t want you on any ‘naughty sites’
C)She doesn’t want you to text or call people you shouldn’t
My friend eventually went up to her mother, and asked her in a very calm mannor, why she was doing this. once her mom explained, she told her mother than she was almost a teenager, was beginning to grow up, and would really like her mother to try and trust her. She said that she would not give her mother reason not to, but that they would never move forward if her mom didn’t try and trust her.
She proly thinks you will look up dirty sites on it
