Why do cats love catnip?
Is it really like a drug for them? When I give it to my cats, they really get weird. Does it have the same effects on them that certain green plants have on people?
it alerts all there senses so they are hyper - aware of everything and there are so many thoughts going on it makes them a little spazzy. and then it makes them like kittens and all they want to do is play. it’s so funny.
yep yep yep lets just say… canibous sativa is a drug to us…( marajuna) and catnip is a drug to cats( it had about the same effects… just not as serious)

Im not sure… but my calico cat is nuts without catnip. Lol.
It’s like kitty pot. It makes them high. They go crazy if they have catnip.
well catnip is not a drug really but it like atracts them to the nip…and then i guess they just get adicted to it!
