I said start there. And it is not unreliable, since most articles are well sourced, and if they are not, it will clearly state that at the top of the article. 98% of wikipedia is extremely accurate.

wikipedia is very unreliable, as people can change it. and its flash cards, NOT HOMEWORK sheesh kebab.

I suggest you try again. I just read the main article on the constitution in wikipedia, and found the answers to all your questions.

Library. Class text book. That’s far too specific a set of info to get a fast answer here, unless somebody else is in the same class…sorry :(

And besides which, if you don’t learn to find information on your own without somebody else looking it up for you…how are you learning?
