who should be blamed for a child's poor social skills ?
Like phrannie said, children are born with genetic predispositions. Some children are naturally fearful. They are less likely to go out and initiate contact with other children. It isnt anyones fault. And most social skills are not taught by parents, but are learnt when interacting with other children... Parents can teach certain things, but kids do most of the learning with their peers...
It depends. The parents could be blamed for not socializing their children enough...or the child could be blamed for not wanting to socialize, from fear of being hurt or judged, or from some expirience that made them dislike socializing.
It could go many different ways...all depending on the scenario.
Every child is born with a genetic dispostion...However, socializing and social skills are the parents responsiblity.
