If you want to get technical, it is the power that controls the rest of the states. The IRS. Taxes technically aren’t legal yet are treated like a law. Taxes control all states. Taxes ruin lives. It is the same in all states.
actually I found the answer… it was a question in my government class.. and it ended up being liutenant governor (David Dewhturst) But Thanks =)
