I really want to know this one because I exercise every morning and I don't know which one is better to do.
matters what your eating..if it's eggs, cereal, an orange..like a whole breakfast..I'd say after..but if it's a banana and a granola bar that's good. you shouldn't exercise on an empty or full stomach..
before - eat a slice of wholegrain toast and some cereal and after drink some milk and eat some scrambled eggs or sumthing.
before = carbs and calories but low saturated fat, eg pasta bread. after = proteins, eg lean meat, eggs.
