Exercise and eating more?

I’ve been exercising everyday for an hour the past few days, but I’ve also been eating more! Is this because of the exercise or a growth spurt or something? And will I continue loosing weight if it stays like this?

The more energy you burn the more your body will want to intake(consume). That’s how your body works. Since you’ve changed your exercise regimine and it sounds like you’re trying to lose weight…when you get hungry/crave something after eating a meal…look to healthy/nutritional snacks to get you by until your next meal. Never skimp out when your body is telling you that you need a little more energy…that will just leave you becoming sick.
