Well how bad does it feel? It might be just that you were touching the head, and the space between the head and shaft, which are very sensitive. Especially if you're uncircumsized. It may be wet from sweat, and not being able to air it out. Plus, if it was the first time pulling the skin back, yes, it's not going to feel so great. It's just the head is sensitive, you don't need to touch that part anyways.
