When do most people get their wisdom teeth?

I’m 16 and mine are coming. I just want to know if that is normal or really early.

well… I haven’t gotten mine yet and I’m 16 this year, but they sumtimes hurt cus they’re starting to. my friend already has really started getting hers… and shes just a bit younger than me.. maybe its a girls thing to get them slightly earlier than guys.. why not ask your parents to see when they got theirs cus it could be an inherited thing. but in general it happens at various times for everyone. depends on when you got and lost your baby teeth. I wouldn’t worry about it, some people don’t get them until they’re in their 30’s but some get them when they’re teens. don’t worry about it. =]

People usually get their wisdom teeth in the early 20’s but they can come a few years sooner. Another possibllity is that your 2nd (12 year) molars are late.

Im 16 and I had to get mine removed about a month after my birthday. It is common in my family to get their wisdom teeth early. Aswell I have like 2 friends who have the same problem. No worries, it varies from person to person
