Why does my cat bite me when she cuddles?
whats with cat cuddling and then starts biting my hand but not like shes doesnt like it because she still cuddles?lol
“Love nips”…it’s a common habit for any cats…they tend to bite when they’re happy.
I have heard a cat will bite u when they like u, if they never bite u they don’t like u, but that’s just wat I have heard
Yup, they are just showing affection. But they need to be taught how hard they can go. If she bites too hard, make a sound and then refuse to engage with her (stop petting her). She’ll eventually learn how hard to bite. Even if my cat bites me because she’s irritated at whatever I’m doing, she just holds my finger in my mouth. The ‘biting’ shouldnt hurt at all. Oh, and to figure out which one it is, cats generally tend to ‘wag’ their tails quickly when they’re irritated.
She is just showing how shhe loves you and perhaps she is playing…my cat sometimes does this too.
