when their heights 4'11 and weight is 150?
Eat your meals, just eat less at them...use portion control. You CAN have some of everything served, but cut out half the portions. Use water as a filler. Then start walking...walking is great exercise.....once you start building muscle, your metabolism goes up. You will be burning calories even when you sleep.
There are no short cuts to losing weight that work....fad diets don't work, starvation doesn't work....only the slow steady loss method works.
Counting calories and jogging really worked for me. I was 200 lbs. two years ago and now I'm 125 and still losing weight every week. It's really hard to stay motivated, especially when you love to eat like I do, but with counting calories you can have the foods you want, but only in moderation. Try to shoot for no more than 1,500 calories a day, eating little or no fast food, and not eating after 7:00pm. Hope this helps!
Healthy eating and excersice, making water your primary drink also helps with health and weight loss. You just have to keep yourself mootivated, do workouts that are more enjoyable and fun, swimming, yoga, pilates, karate, kick boxing, dance classes etc. Also, people who have a weight loss or work out partner often stick with it and lose more weight because they have someone else to help motivate them.
