Will too much medicine hurt me?

I’m having terrible menstrual cramps!!!I took 2 ibuprofen and an advil really early this morning. The cramps went away for a while but now they’re back!! My mom gave me another pill to calm the pain. Im afraid that if I take too much it wont work anymore or destroy other parts of my body. Pleassseee hhheeelllppp meee!!!

Well what I ussually do is take 3 ibeprofen (200 milligrams) and that ussualy does it for the whole day. Is not that it will destroy all the organs in your body, I mean you gatta wait 2-4 hours to take onother pill because it could cause an overdose.
