What: will the iron gym pull up bar rip off my door frame?
Im planning to get one but my parents say that it will rip my whole door frame off, I was wondering will it do this and I weigh about 180lb if you have the iron gym pull up bar tell me your experiences.
Well I’ve never seen it pull off a door Frame. Actually I believe door frames should be very stable. You could always test it don’t put all your weight on it and see if anything happns if not try your whole body weight. But I think you should be good.
I have one…and it wont pull the door frame off…I weight 150 pounds and I do my pull ups with a 45 pound weight plate hanging from my waist and nothing happend I’ve had it for like 4 month…I bought mine for 20 bucks in a store called ross …that only problem I had was that it dirty the side of the door frame but it wasnt a big deal cus you can wipe it off no problem…u should buy it …its totally worth it
