I know I'm over weight , but I don't look as large as my weight says. All my extra weight goes to my thighs and stomach. I just want to get my weight down to anywhere between 110-120 and keep it off, is there anything I can do to do this? I would like to do this before the end of january...
I have yet to try this, but it is apperently an AMAZING diet. I am still trying to get all the stuff for it, but maybe it can helpo you too. Apperently this helps you lose 20 punds a week, and a doctor said it DEF works. You don't have to excerise at all, walking a day could do it. I know, I am 14, and I don't know how much I weigh, I think 140 as well. And I am going to try it soon. But Def Try it out. It is Called the ... ITs fine if your body weight was mostly muscle, it would be fine. If you want to lose body fat, suggest working on cardio. That involves jogging, bycling, and other workouts llike that. Routine is key ! it might be difficult, but stick to it, and you'll end up with a solid body like me ! Next, youll want to build a bit of muscle. I suggest progrms like p90x. It is made for people who are committed ! BRING IT ON ! YOU CAN DO IT !
My parents arn't big my mom is 110, my bro is 128, but my dad is 240 because he has a sickness called HSP and to treat it he has to take steriods (perscription) and it cause peopel to have excsessive wight gain. before he was sick he was 170. And I dont eat a lot, I basically dont eat at all... here and there I have an apple. im never hungry. yet im fat... so any other advice?
I know its hard 2 losse your weight because you love 2 eat & not exercise.no tabs or exc. can cut your weight if you dont control your diet.if your parents are big so you born like that its your genes.its much harder.if you want 2 start it from today not after new year.otherwise you wiill put 2~5 lbs on xmas & new year.
Hmm... Eat healthy. If you're gonna have Christmas dinner, try to control yourself. Increase your physical activity. Start of with a week of yoga and muscle work (push-ups, sit ups etc). Then do some intense cardio excercises; like running, swimming, cycling etc. Do this routine at least 3 times a week. Good Luck :]
