I am 14 years old and I am extreamly overweight and I am tired of being the fat girl. my boyfriend is embarrassed to be seen with me. I have 2 weeks before this pool party and I wanna be looking good. I weigh 140 pounds and need help! Can anybody help me ?
girl you are fine...are you white? well black girls tend to have better shapes when they are thick so if you think you have a bad body shape then you should lose weight. for example tyra banks is like 160 and she is not fat...and plus it depends on how tall you are...and dump that boyfriend of yours if he doesn't like you for who you are. You are beautiful and shouldn't be self conscious about what he thinks...For the pool party : thats why they make cover ups ,and one piece bathing suits...and if you dont love your body nobody will. Lose weight because you want to and want to be healthier but not for that loser boyfriend who doesnt want to be seen with you.
Your are NOT extremely overweight so stop thinking that...140 is fine its maybe like 5 pounds over weight but very veyr healthy...dont worry about that. Two weeks is not enough time to lose weight. You dont need a diet because you are not fat. At your age you shuld weight about 125-135...140 is fine. Your boyfriend is a jerk and not a real boyfriend is he thinks you are fat and he is embarrassed to be with you...just get rid of him.
Yeaaa... I am 16 and weigh 208, your average weight, a 14 year old girl that is over 5 feet should weigh anywhere from 140 to 155,

I think it's be unhealthy to lose a lot of weight in only two weeks. If you're 14 I would assume you should weigh about 120 or so. The important thing is to stay healthy. I hope this helped[: Contact me if you ever need to talk. I'm always here:)
Drink lots of water eat fruits and veggies and healthy food and exercise. try eating 1500 calories a day. And dump your boyfriend you shouldnt be with someone who cares about you so little that he is embarassed to be around you.

Just curious, has he actually SAID that, or are you just assuming that's what he thinks?
The safe (and most effective) method is to lose 1 - 2 pounds a week, so 2 weeks isn't a lot of time to make a dramatic change.
well drink a lot of water and if you wanted to loes a lot try to onley eat a meal or two a day and run and sweat a lot
im 13 and weigh 195 pounds, your kinda at a good weight, your not over weight dont worry...I am lol
When you finally return to reality, set a more realistic goal, and be less of a drama queen.
u can probally loes 10 1bs I did in two weeks and has keep it off for like 6 months now
