I'm about 5'4 and I weigh 115 pounds. Is that average? And im 14
yes that is healthy. I am 5'5 and 13, and I weigh around 105. I could weigh up to about 130-140, so you are fine. if you are really having issues with your body image (which im sure you look great, guessing how you look with the height and weight you gave out) then talk to a doctor or counselor. in the meantime, eat healthy (NO BINGING OR DIETING, PLEASE.) and exercise normally (about three times a week!) take the stairs instead of the escelator. take the long way to class instead of the short way. even the smallest things count! good luck, hope it helped.
Right now you are currently at a healthy weight if you lose anything more than 8 pounds you will be under weight. But because your 14 I wouldn't go on a diet.. that could create health complications for you. If you want to lose weight work out more.
Then do some sit ups, work out a little more but don't try any quick fixes or not eating, remember you need fuel to keep the fire going, if you don't give it fuel then the fire goes out. fire --- meaning metoblism...
