  Dry skin is common in the winter time. You can try adding fish oil to her food (you get it Walmart, and it's inexpensive)...it is full of Omega 3's and great for health skin and coat on dogs. A Chi would take a lose dose, maybe 200 mg caps...

  It happens to every animal. and if its an outside dog it may be because the cold air. and just dry skin if its an inside animal.
