Hey, I'm in a bit of a problem ok here it is. My buddies and our girls are all planning on going down to the river this weekend, The problem is im very insecure about my chest what should I do? Please tell me any suggestions
I understand how you feel, I have a weird scar thing on my leg and I always feel weird when im wearing shorts. for the longest time I tried to wear pants even in the summer; then I came to realise that even if people noticed it they really didnt think that much into it...its all kinda build up in you head...I think that you should just try not to worry that much, besides whats whats the worst that could happen??
I know easier said than done.
I understand how you fell...with the whole in secure thing..umm I think you should wear one of those things that you put over bathing suits or just swim in shorts and a tank...or wear a tankeni..or however its spelled..have fun
then wear a t-shirt. You should just accept that you are weird and not worry about it and have a good time. My friend had the same thing and I just made fun of him but it was all fun & games.
wear a wife beater but make sure its not white because then you will be able so see right threw it...
And when you get back from the river, consider going to the gym twice a week to bulk up :)
Lolz its not because im fat its because I have a hole in my chest its genetics...
wear a shirt whilie swimming or something... see if you can change plans...
Wear a tank top or T/shirt to "avoid sunburn".
