Ok so the bible never reallys straight out says this but from the descripstion I think belive jesus is black. What do ya'll think is he black or white.
well yeah jesus isnt black nor white I believe he was born in the middle east but yet again everyone who is religious has different beliefs like white people think hes white and black people think hes black. mexicans might think hes well mesican israel people might think he was born in israel and so on. it all depends on a persons belief and culture and race so to me it dont really matter what he is hes jesus no matter im not racist so I dont mind it lol
I think Jesus was black, or mabe a grahmcracker color becuase Jesus was crusiffied over in the Middle East. People of the Middle East are usually black. Some people also say that God was white, becuase they are white. I'm white, but I don't believe that God is a skin color becuase he is a spirit. He is not flesh...unless you count the time he was in human form as Jesus his son.
The very earliest depictions of adult Jesus show him to be white. Of course, they are also identical to pictures of the god Bacchus.
Depictions of baby Jesus with his mother show him to be Egyptian, which should be no surprise since they are recycled depictions of Isis with baby Horus.
Hope that helps you to understand.
honestly, I don't know. I mean people say that civilization started in africa(eygpt) so people must have been black, but in the bible there's something about a tower breaking which made people have different languages and skin colors...
Uhm seriously? Jesus was supposed to have been born in the middle east. Uhm, he was jewish. So probably not black... What has civilization starting (and no civilization did not start in Egypt) got to do with anything?
He was born in the Middle East, not in Africa. His skin tone was probably the same as the Middle Eastern people then. And what do you mean hair like whole?
Jesus is neither black or white. he's middle eastern and I'm a christian and im telling you that he was jewish. but I believe he converted to christianity
in the bible they say he was of a dark skin tone and had hair like whole and all the israelis I know don't fit that descriptionbut black people do
Where exactly (please use a direct quote from the bible, whichever bible version you choose to believe in) does it describe him?
he was/ is 100% jewish my love, so no hes not black. but you have your own beleifs and thats good, stick to what you beleive.x
He would'nt be either he was probbly darker skined but not black. I would say more like the medditreraian or arab skin tone.
It doesn't matter to me what color He was; He was most likely a darkish Israeli, but what difference does it make?
Considering the area he was believed to have been born, I would have to say he was Israeli.
Dark skin meant tan skin for Jesus was born in the middle east.
They are a few races that can fit that description.
