What is this, my doctor didn't tell me what :(?
Lately I’ve been having pains in my chest, found it hard to breathe, headaches, shakeyness, feeling light-headed, stomach pains and needing the toilet a lot. I got told to go to the doctor by my science teacher and school nurse, so I did. My doctor checked my heart, lungs and throat and said it was probably just a bug. Then I mentioned my shakeyness and he said it was probably just ‘teenage stress’ but when I get it I’m perfectly calm. I said I need the toilet a lot, so I did a urine test, but I know he’ll just say it was fine, when I know it’s not. I don’t know what to do, I know he says it’s just a bug but I don’t know what to do.. I can’t sit through one day of school which isn’t amazing seeing as I have 4 tests coming up and a exam soon! What should I do?
well if your using the toilet & stomache pains you might be lactosentolerant! but ..the other stuff sounds like stress to me /:
can be stress though if need be, to help ease your mind, get a second doctor’s opnion though it does sound like stress I get that from time to time when stressed …actually I’ve been getting a lot of panic attacks now and my symptoms vary from anything of heart attack and stroke(though I’m not really having one, it’s just a panic attack-t’is scary a at timesO_O) to just hard breathing or dizzyness.
It can be stress. Sure sounds like it is too me. You don’t have to feel stressed out to have it affect you. Stress can cause all the symptoms you are describing. I suggest going back to the doctor and ask them to give you something for the stomach pains and then get tested for a bladder infection.
Strangely enough I had just about the same symptoms (headaches included) and it was because of a bladder infection and stomach infection from stress. An antacid for your stomach, should also help for the terrible feeling in your stomach.
