what is the best way/plan to live an extremely 100% healthy life

I need an everyday plan, everything is so messed up, my books, papers, my room, my studying, promises, my everyay program, everyday I walk in a different hour, I'm so messed up I can't even remember what my homework was, and what we have tomorrow/ next week, my head is full of everyone's problems, and there's no one there to help me and support me or even cheer me up and encourage me to start a new life and organize everything all over again!!! how do I start a new "HEALTHY" life... one hour TV, what should I eat, what time should I go to bed, when to do my homework, when to take my everyday walk, when to help my friends with their problems, when to study for the exams, when when when... please help me, I'm so messed up and I feel so bad, because I was really excited at the beggining of the year!! everything was great, then I don't know what happened and I got all messy and I don't even know where to start now!!
today I was just starring at my room and I started crying!!! I never knew I would become like this!! I'm so angry!! and I feel so weird because I'm actually happy and not caring about it! when I stayed in my room all day I woke up from my AMAZING dream!!! now I have to face th fact that I need help starting all over again!!!
