one hour TV, it can be done, get a tv guid and highlight with a highlighter or circle the programs you dont miss, want to watch, or movies you want to see

what should I eat, include meat, fish and pasta in your diet chicken is also good eat fruit and vegetables every day if you can dont be afraid to try new food, there are many, many different recipies that include meat and pastas in them

what time should I go to bed, around 10pm is good but just make sure you get into a routine of going to bed and waking up at around the same time each day, so if go to bed at 10, try to go to bed at around 10 all the time

when to do my homework, lunchtime is a good time to do it, somwere around 2-4 oclock maybe even around 6-7 oclock depending on what other thinsg you have planned for the day

when to take my everyday walk, in the morning is the best time, or after school

when to help my friends with their problems, when they ask, try to offere advice, or look it up to help them, if your too busy or have something else planned you can say no or arrange to help them another time or the next day

when to study for the exams, a few hours every day is good if you can if you cant aim for about 1-1 and a half hours also at around 2pm -about 7-8pm is a good time

other tips keep a journal, diary or planner to keep track of what youve done, what your doing, were what time, ect and what youve got planned or comming up a change of room colour might help yellow is a relaxing colour other good colours are light blue, pink, purple, light green, ect black and red arnt relaxing or calming colours you could re-arrange your furniture and make sure youve got a good bed that you love sleeping on, if your stressed and need rest/tired a bed change might be good or you could try getting new sheets like really comfy/fluffy ones, or something like suede or satin get a peice of paper and write down in big letters what you want or are going to do that day, so you remember doing it the night before is better so you can remember what and plan it put the paper on the floor somewere you can see it so you dont forget its also great to do if you have a party or something and want to make a list of what to bring you could even try something like yoga

You are at an age where hormones, emotions and even your brain are undergoing strong changes. It is natural to occasionally feel confused or depressed.

The best thing you can do is to talk to a counselor or therapist. Barring that, find someone you can communicate your emotions and thoughts with, sort of like a sounding board. Keeping your thoughts to yourself doesn’t help. If you can’t find someone around you then consider Fun Mailing someone on Fun Advice whose advice you like. It’s relatively private and gives you a good sounding board.

I really think you might be trying to look at everything at once and you become overwhelmed. Try looking at things one thing at a time.

Do, today, what must be done today and let tomorrow take care of the rest.

Don’t procrastinate. Don’t put off things that really should be done today.

Make sure that you eat healthy, get a proper amount of exercise and get a proper amount of sleep – EVERY DAY.

Make time every week for entertainment, recreation and socialization.

Don’t become overburdened by the problems of your friends. It is okay to be concerned and to offer advice (if they ask), but don’t dwell on their problems making them yours.

It is easy in our society to try to schedule too much into the day. YOU have to learn to prioritize and deal with the things that are important at the moment. (You don’t worry about your upcoming test do tomorrow when the movie theater you are sitting in is on fire!)

I don’t think that you really need to change your life. Just a little change in your attitude about the events that make up each day.

Be positive. Don’t get caught up in the trap of thinking in advance that “I might not be able to do this or that”. You are capable of meeting the challenges that will be set before you.

Simply a Rose to brighten your day,         And maybe lessen the cares in your way;         And also, too, to help you to know,         That in knowing you, many others grow!
