What's the best way to deal with stress?

What is the best way to deal with stress, without having to be on medication? Methods other than yoga or meditation? I know many people use different methods, and I think my mind and body are becoming immune to what I’ve used in the past. What is your suggestion?

i suggest yoga, its the best. also try and find put what’s worrying you, if you figure that out or find a way to deal with your problem - presto No Stress. i also found that a good workout 3 times a week helps 2. hope this info helps u.
