Firstly, make sure you do not get dehydrated. When you have diarrhoea you lose both fluids and electrolytes, so a hypotonic sports drink can be helpful. And apple is great for stopping diarrhoea. Grate an apple and leave it an room temperature to darken for a bit, then eat it.
