You can replace milk with a combination of whole grains (brown rice, quinoa), legumes (peas, beans, lentils), leafy greens (contains iron, calcium, and protein), vegetables, D and B12 supplements. A teaspoon of ground flax seed each day provides Omega-3 fatty acids, otherwise, you should avoid all oils.

I’ve been on the Dukan diet weight loss plan for about 8 weeks now and what I really like about the diet is that not only does it help me feel full all the time, but it also keeps my energy levels up. It’s a diet comprising four phases; the first two being entirely focused on healthy proteins (meats, fish and eggs) along with nutritious vegetables. It’s a low-carb, low-sodium diet so if you read up about it, I’m sure you’ll find that it’s a healthy, manageable diet. Why don’t you check it out? It could help you.
