  The point of condoms being lubricated is to reduce friction. If a condom isn't lubricated then this can cause irritation of the vaginal walls and end up leaving the girl in pain.

  The bump in your pubic region isn't caused by a dried condom it has to do with something else.

  A dried condom could break, they are supposed to stay moist. Not only to help with lubrication but to keep it from being fragil and break. Bump on your region is from something else (I have one too but haven't gotten it checked out so I don't know what it is)
