What exercises can I do to get my biceps and triceps bigger because I lift weight but I dont see any difference I only feel pain on my arms, how can I get my biceps and triceps bigger and how long I have to wait if I exercise everyday to see the difference.

bicep staright bar curls hammer curls concentration curls
straight bar curls are waaay better then using an ez curl, but if your wrists cant handle it then use an ez curl bar, but you will see more strength and mass gain from using straight bar curls
Dude i am also finding answer for d same questions... I have less bone density in my arms and biceps. Have u got something New???
eat protein and make sure you do weight training only 3-4 times a week
