I've been keepin track of my calorie intake lately. I read the pakaging labels on boxes and stuff... And the food labels says calories and fat from calories. What dose the body really burn (the calories or the fatfrom calories)???
calorie is a unit of energy...every food has a calorie value...and so has fat...when body burns fat it is converted into calories...
