I feel like I am fat what kinds of extrasize sould I do to get rid of fat on my stomach and legs

eat healthy get about 25 minutes of excercise a day

eating healthy and exercising could work but if your a lazy bum like I am.. then try dancing for like 20 min each day. Random dancing, doesnt matter.. try finding some dance moves that mite help with your flab problem. worked for me!
