What does this mean? Everyone laughed when my friend said it!?

All my boyfriend told me is that it’s something sexual. My friend was eating cake at my other friends party and another girl said OMG! A cute guy! and my friend was tellin me and ,my friend said “That’s what she said.” and everyone started laughing and making fun of her. I’m kinda mad at my boyfriend for not tellin me but I’ll get over it. So please tell me what it means. I bet its something REAL obvious but,you know I’m kinda slow when it comes to thinking things like this through so plzzz help me so I can tell my friend!!!

it means hes having sex with the persons mom hence then saying thats what she said. so he is pretty much saying the persons mom said omg a cute guy.

well it means if somebody says something related 2 it. like, if you were walking and you tripped and fell you would say ow! well then it would make sense 2 say, thats what she said. but in the case he said it in it makes no sense but thats just what the saying means.

It is just a phrase that makes a seemingly innocent conversation sound like it is about sex. For example, if someone was talking about a maths problem and they could not do it, so they said ‘it’s so hard’, another person could say ‘that’s what she said’ to make it sound like they are talking about a mans dangly bits being hard, haha! It just makes something innocent sound rude :)
