What do you think about a operation(woman to Man)?

I knew a guy Joe, then changed to a Jen. She was so freakin happy, I was only 15 and she was 37 or so she lived in our neighborhood. She got the operation, and her outside reflected her inside. She said it made her whole. I think its the most weirdest thing ever. But I love myself as is. Like Jen, your friend needs to love herself just as well. If it means changing her sex then so be it. Its not what other people want, its about oneself being whole. Perhaps helping her get someone for her to talk to. Someone who has experience dealing with her emotions. Have her ace bandage her chest for a while. See if she could deal with removing her breasts.

Well the operation isnt going to get done without therapy (that’s just the requirement doctors have). So, honestly, I think they need to get into contact with a therapist that deals with transgender issues so that your friend can deal with these issues. And it’s not because there’s anything wrong with it, or because they need to be cured or whatever, it’s just so they can learn that there’s nothing wrong with it and cope and adapt in a world that is very judgmental and ignorant…
