A lot of models aren't even 'in shape'. A lot of them (and I'm not saying all) starve themselves or restrict their diet to an unreasonably low number. Which is not good because as soon as they start eating like a normal person they'd gain a significant amount of weight.
Some models are born with a fast metabolism and never have to worry about what they eat...they could just eat a house made out of chocolate and not gain an ounce.
Most models are very careful about what they eat and stick to a low-fat diet so they can stay so thin. I'm sure most don't eat more than 1200-1500 calories. (Which is pretty low) With dieting they also exercise enough to maintain the low weight and to keep from gaining any.
Usually, they stick to small portions and avoid fatty foods. They also drink a lot of water and green tea, and work out daily.
This is just the basic idea of a model's diet, without getting into detox and the more complicated aspects
yeah they only eat small portions and stay away from oily and fatty foodds. drinking water can keep your complection clear and working out gives them that toned look
they have to...the wouldnt want to starve themselves and them gain it all as body fast..it would just make it harder. They do intensive workout though
