I eat a lot but I stay skinny, How can I stop this?

I eat a lot of food, probably more than most of my friends, yet I am the skinniest of them all. I weigh about 7stone, and I hardly eat any healthy food, but I do a LOT of sport. I dont like salad, potatoes or really spicy food. I don’t know if this is significant. What can I do to start putting on weight? I am fed up of people asking me if I am anorexic when I am not.

You have a high metabolism. It may slow down as you get older, but maybe not… The only way to gain weight is by working out really… as fat apparently doesnt stay on you…

As you get older, you will slow down your metabolism.

Doing sports might keep you healthy, but it does burn your fat a lot quicker, so if your trying to put on weight, try drinking protein shakes and eat food high in protein. [I.e. Fish, meats, dairy.]
