What brand of protein powder helps you gain mass and strength?
My boyfriend weighed 150 ,2 months ago & now he weighs 10 & can bench 290
he took creatine[im not sure if thats how you spell it but if you look it up on google im sure it wil tell you ] & it gave him enough protein to where he could build muscle mass, but you HAVE to work out while doing it or else it will just turn to fat .
but trust me if youu just work out , not too much just a decent amount youll get BIGGG. you just have to make sure you burn up enough calories when working out.
another thing if you do take this & see you might be getting a little bit chubby? or just not as defined just take a muscle ignitor and it will helcut out the fat & increase your metabolism by 300 % so you burn up calories that much faster.

yeah.. 3 chickens and 10 eggs is a waste, your body cna only process like 26 grams of protein an hour so he pretty much just sh!ts 90% of that out , im pretty sure he's only getting bigger from the fat,

so yeah thatll help you gain mass naturally (if not a bit overkill) instead of protein powder crap...
muscle milk/ whey protein. just don't forget to eat more protein , eat right, and work out or you'll gain too much fat.
