What are the chances of getting a soccer scholership?
I’m not in highschool yet, but soccer is amazing. Can anyone help me? Does anyone know?
You will not be seen by any scouts until like junior year. The NCAA has regulations they aren’t even aloud to contact you or anything until you are a junior. So you have no chance of getting a scholarship right now or even being scouted. Don’t worry about college yet your only in middle school. Focus on getting into a good high school and doing well there. don’t start worrying about college until sophmore year.
well if you’re seen as “pro” in the sport and your coach in highschool sees potential in you, you can very well be scouted!! be remember!! even athletes need to be smart (school wise). one of my very close friends is unbelieveable in soccer!! scouts came to our school and tottaly scouted her!! she was hyped and I was excited for her, she was given a full scolarship where she’d play in Florida!! SADLY… she was denied in the summer when she was declined due to her low scores on her SATs which was a reccommendation for her to qualify!!
so if you’ve got a dream you desire, chase after it, but do it smart!!
