need to get in shape before high school comes to play soccer

I have been in therapy for four months for my ankle and 1 for my knee this is the year I need to get in shape before high school comes but in order to play high school soccer and get healthy I need to heal any ideas

eat healthy, run whenever you can. if you watch tv, do sit ups or something of the sort at the same time. try to fit exercise into your schedule, and make it consistent. it takes a lot of determination and self discipline, but im sure you can do it
