What are good exercises to burn fat and make you sweat?

I want to do exercises that will burn fat and make me sweat because after id o that I feel great…I just need help figuring that out…I love to run but not when its cold and by myself…squats are annoying…and im used to heavy workouts because im a figure skater but I don’t do it as much any more…help?

Yoga and pilates are great workouts. They also are great for figure skaters due to the flexibilty they offer. Also, look into Isometric workouts.

try aerobics, its sort of like dance but your stepping onto and off of a plastic tub. its really tiring and really gets you to sweat! :)

Dance-dance revolution is a fun and easy workout . Play it for 30-60 minutes at least 3 times a week :)

cadio cardio cardio… makes you sweat!! or why not just go to the gym and use the facilities there, an hour - hour in a half should give you a good workout session! iève got the same running issue as you! lol if you like to swimÉ - go to an indoor pool, swimming helps tone the body (:
