no it will just make you sweat more,then with you sweating soo much,you will need to stop sooner to take on water{stop exercising]if your not wearing a sweat belt less sweat,longer exercising!,longer exercising=better fitness!
Sweat belts are made to burn food calories faster, not FAT calories.
